supply of first class duty card pass, in-house binding and supply of first class duty card pass each book containing 8 inner pages with one wrapper containing 4 pages. wrapper is to be pasted with calico on the outer side ( 2 pages ) along with screen printing done on the calico in white colour. printed paper / board, calico, paste raw material shall be supplied by railways. books are to be creased, pasted ( binding is to be done with paste only ) , trimmed to size of 3.75 ( width ) x 3 ( height ) inches and bundled in 20 / 50 / 100 books with country twine. all raw materials and machines required shall be supplied by railway. material can be taken returned back for screen printing purpose ( raw materials required for screen printing shall not be provided by railways ) .
