supply of fabrication, supply and installation of ms fabricated portable labour cabin of size 30 feet x 12 feet x 9 feet height with attached toilet generally to rwf drawing no.rwf / misc / m-1297 and to the following specification:1. bottom frame: 150 x75 mm formed ms g channel of 3mm thick. 2. stiffener bottom: 100x50mm 1.6 mm thick, 80x40mm 1.6 mm thick & 50x50 mm 1.6 mm thick square pipes. 3. top frame: frame made of 50x50mm 1.6 mm thick square pipes. 4. stiffener top: 50x50 mm 1.6 mm thick, 40x40 mm 1.6 mm thick & 50 x 25 mm 1.6 mm thick square pipes. 5. side wall stiffeners: corner post shall be of 60x60 mm l angle of 6 mm thick & wall thickness of 60 mm including plywood cladding and insulation. 6. paneling outside: specially corrugated 1.4mm thick sheet welded on ms frame 7. internal wall paneling: the paneling of side walls and roof shall be of 9 mm thick pre laminated particle board & all vertically and horizontal corners shall be neatly & smoothly finished with aluminum sections.8. roof outside 1.4mm thick ms sheet properly sloped & water tight. 9. bottom flooring: on the bottom frame 18 mm thick bison panel i.e. cemented bonded fiber sheets shall be fixed by means of self-taping screw & 1.5mm thick pvc vinyl carpet shall be fixed on the panel.
