( supply ) -design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of heavy duty elevator of machine room less and gear less type 20 persons capacity centre sliding door, double door type, with stops and two opening with two years warranty as per cpwd specification for electrical works ( part-iii - lifts & escalators ) -2003 with latest amendments. provision for sending sms message to minimum 10 pre specified phone numbers for identified unusual occurrences should be available in the controller and to be provided. necessary rites / rdso inspection certificate should be produced before supply and related charges to be born by contractor. location ramanagara ( rmgm ) , channapatna ( cpt ) and hosur ( hsra ) . , the camc for the elevator will be comprehensive and shall be inclusive of all spares, material and labour cost for scheduled / unscheduled day to day maintenance. maintenance schedule is attached as annexure- a. the camc shall be for 5 years, applicable after expiry of the warranty period of two years. the tenderer should quote camc rates for each of the five years. the camc prices for each year will be firm. the camc charges shall be separately payable in indian rupees only. the offers received will be evaluated considering total cost of tendered quantity against this tender for design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of elevators including camc as per standard practice as per cpwd specification attached. in order to equitably compare different camc charges for different years, the concept of npv ( net present value ) shall be used at a predetermined rate of discounting to bring the camc charges at the same footing in the assessment of for destination price. the rate of discounting and the of npv calculation shall be pre-disclosed in the tender document duly filling annexure-j. warranty period: 2 years, amc period: 5 years, rate of discounting: 10 %
