supply and commissioning of manipulator for casnub bogie side frame consists :- a ) 2 axis manipulator suitable to hold and positioning of casnub bogie with attached parts during overhauling stage rectifcation work including dismantling and welding.b ) manipulator design will be with 3500kgs payload capacity considering safety factor.c ) manipulator with electric drives for vertical and rotational axis. ( with suitable reduction geared motors ) . equipped with brake motors.d ) contactor based control system with isolation switch and emergency buttons on both vertical columns. will provide separate pendant with all control buttons for ease in operating and manually inching type operation to achieve desired welding position. e ) cradle type synchronization - one side drive end and second side work as driven end.
