variable frequency drive variable frequency drive ( vfd ) , valves and spares , supply of variable frequency drive ( vfd ) system as per attached specification for 6.6 kv, 1150 kw motor, which shall consist of following: a. two no of 6.6 kv, vfd of suitable rating of 30pulse / 36 pulse / active front end with facility for synchronous transfer & interchangeability. b. two no of field control stations c. one hot standby plc with vfd system for control of switching off / on, interlock, etc. d. 2 no of ht vcb switchboards ( one for each motor ) with 2 no of draw out type vcb breakers of 6.6 kv, 630 a rating as incomers in each ht switchboard, bus bar and with electrical and mechanical interlocks ( scheme details, as per attached drawing std-954-00 & technical specs ) e. other accessories if required to meet technical specifications , supply of spares for vfd panel as per specification for item no. 1 , power cell module in case of vfd with power cells with diodes & igbts , main control board in case of vfd with power cells with diodes & igbts , igct module in case of igct based vfds , diode module in case of igct based vfds , main control board in case of igct based vfds , sgct module in case of sgct based vfds , snubber resistor assembly in case of sgct based vfds , main control board in case of sgct based vfds , phase module on inverter side in case of converter and inverter module based vfds , converter module on line side in case of converter and inverter module based vfds , main control board in case of converter and inverter module based vfds , cell inverter module consisting of lv / hv igbt for converter side and inverter side in case of active front end-igbt based vfd , main control board in case of active front end-igbt based vfd , supervision charges , service charges for pre-commissioning check, installation & commissioning personnel including all expenses e.g. air / rail fare, local transport, accomodation etc. for vfd, plc, interconnecting panel and fcs panel as per technical specification
