(total no. of device: 607 nos. , total time period: 3 years i.e 12 quarters, total quantity for quarterly billing: 607 * 12 = 7284 nos. ) tenderers shall quote quarterly cost per device towards sms ,voice and data charges ,map subscription charges and all other recurring charges .
