[ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] , comprehensive maintenance contract for hot axle box detector system ( habd ) with undergear visual recorder system. camc : bidders to note that this is a composite tender for procurement of hot axle box detector system ( habd ) with undergear visual recorder system and camc for 03 years ( camc as per enclosed technical specification. ) beyond 2 years warranty period. bidders are required to quote charges for camc for post warranty period of camc for 03 years. the evaluation of offers will be based on total cost of hot axle box detector system ( habd ) with undergear visual recorder system and net present value of camc cost for 3 years after warranty period. the npv will be worked out at a discounting rate of 10%. the system will calculate net present value of camc of offer automatically based on which ranking will be done.
