supply of manufacturing, fabrication and supplying retroreflective sign boards made up of thermoset plastic toughened moulding composite sheets of 3.0 mm thickness face to be fully covered with high intensity grade ( encapsulate lence type ) sheeting of 3m, in yellow and black or other colour combination including subject matter, message, symbols, borders, etc.as approved by engineer in charge, pasted on substrate by suitable adhesive material & with screws / rivets at 20 cm centre to centre to back support sheet, including fabrication with vertical post using glass mat & resins. ( vertical post to be paid separately ) . as per attached drawing and specification for sr. den / s / csmt section. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ] , supply of vertical post made up of thermoset plastic toughened moulding composite material of section 75 mm x 45 mm x 3.0 mm ( outside dimension ) in black colour, rapped with white colour retroreflective tape of 300 mm in alternate bands, with suitable anchoring arrangement of cross round bars of dia 12 mm and 200 mm length at 50 mm to 75 mm above from bottom. as per attached drawing and specification for sr. den / s / csmt section.
