supply, installation, wiring, testing & commissioning of block proving by axle counter using ufsbi & block panel for single line operation as per rdso specification no. irs:s-105 / 2012 ( ver .0 ) with latest version and amendment . this include supply of block panel complete with block telephone & all accessories , relay rack with due locking & sealing arrangement including supply of concern relays, spd for commissioning of the system. prewired relay rack with terminals, fuse & fuse base, busbar & other accessories to be housed in same ufsbi cabinet. the system should have facility to work on quad / ofc with media auto changeover function. it shall comprise of auto changeover facility for quad & ofc working. necessary modem for quad and ofc should be supplied alongwith auto changeover arrangement. execution includes transportation from consignee store to site including loading / unloading , fixing of equipment, wiring from ctr / relay rack / power rack, cabling from relay room to panel etc. material required for execution like pvc wires, terminals, multicore indoor cable, hdpe pipe, wire &cable guide / channel , fixing materials etc. to be supplied by supplier . installation & commissioning works includes required floor / wall cutting, masonry work, earth work, painting, lettering . warranty as per rdso specification. inspection : rdso [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
