supply of supply and application of exterior fleet graphic film for tejas and humsafar type indian railway coaches as per rdso specification no rdso / 2010 / cg-08, dt-oct-2010 or latest, along with check sheet annexure 1 and anti-graffiti overlaminate as per md22151 dt 10 / 05 / 2017. color, design and shade got to be approved before the supply of material by the consignee, removal of old / damaged fleet graphic film from affected area or complete exterior; as the case may be on a condition basis, surface preparation before application included. removal of old / damagedfleet graphic film from the affected area or complete exterior shall be done with a pneumatic random orbital sander with the latest available sanding disc of grit size 80 & 220. acceptable make:- avery dennison or 3m or lg only. warranty period 03 years from the date of application. packing should be as per standard packaging. it should be ensured that the item should not rub during transportation. the item should be packed with adequate strength covering. transit damage if any shall be at the cost of the supplier. material to be supplied with wtc. for qr coding, the following instructions are to be adhered to strictly: ( 1 ) . each and every roll of fleet graphic film shall carry a qr code sticker containing the details as listed below: a. name of the manufacturer b. purchase order number c. purchase order date d. unique serial number ( or lot number for bulk items ) of the manufacturer or e. date of manufacture f. delivery challan no. g. delivery challan date ( 2 ) .the qr code shall be as per iso / iec18004 model2 and the data shall be available as xml using the tags detailed above. ( 3 ) . in case the above details are not available, or the qr codes are not readable, the supplied material is liable to be rejected. [ warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery ]
