supply & installation of hydraulic system for mounting & dismounting of spring of the trade brake unit. specification: 1. main frame: h-frame four leg ( 60 mm dia ) sturdy structure 500 x 500 x 570 mm appx. ms top 50 mm thick for holding hydraulic cylinder. ms bottom plate 50 mm thick with extended portion for resting the job. 2. hydraulic cylinder: capacity- 50 ton, type: double acting, stroke: 350 mm, max. pressure : 400 bar 3. hydraulic powerpack type : electrically operated, motor capacity : 3 hp, tank capacity : 30 ltr, 3 phase, 50hz, 415v 4. adaptor & supporting plate: necessary adaptor & supporting plate will be supplied 5. assembly of cylinder with frame : 50 ton high pressure cylinder will be assembled with high tensile nut bolt, make- unbrako / tvs / caparo or similar 6. pipeline in the hydraulic system: the cylinder will be connected with electric powerpack theough parker or similar make 10000 psi high pressure hydraulic hose & necessary end fittings suitabily placed in the system 7. painting: the whole machine will be painted with red oxide primerand black & yellow paint. 8. installation: installation will be done at your site.
