replacement of damaged components of pump ( unit-ii ) along with allied works at lis chajja- ( a ) dismantling of 3 cusec, 55m head pump of pumping unit no ii at lis chajja and then dragging out from the pump house and carriage to road side through mechanical means ( trolley ) and applying labour also up to the distanceof about 600mandthen reaching upto national highway. loading of the pumping unit using tools / tackles and manual labour in the vehicle ( tata mobile ) for its further shifting to workshop at jammu for carrying out the necessary repair / replacement works and carriage back in the same manner to the site at lis chajja after necessary repair and replacement works at workshop.the job involves complete dismantling of pump at workshop, providing & fitting of new pump shaft after proper finishing, threading and cutting of key ways as per the old pump shaft, providing and fitting of impeller 1no as per sample, neck rings for impeller 2nos.fabrication and fitting of gland sleeves 2nos., spacer bushes 2nos., check nuts and lock nuts 2nos. each, providing and fitting of bearing as per sample 2nos. reassembling of the pump at site after greasing the bearings properly using oil paper to make it leak proof. job further includes providing and fitting of newcoupling pulley set along with nut, bolts, washers, rubber bushes etc as per sample. complete job involves cost of material, labour charges for skilled / unskilled labour, transportation charges, head load charges, hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job inclusive of all taxes as applicable. complete jobthe rebate on old damaged parts / scrap should be quoted in the rebate column provided in boq
