supply of valves, bushes, bearing and liner consists of 10 items for distributor valve, air valve, horn block, suspension arrangement, frame, winterthur bogie and boiler assemblies of x class locomotives as per annexure. note: 1. item no ( 1 ) to ( 10 ) consists of one set. 2.for equivalent material specification refer goc / x / spec-x-032 3. if any casting defects are found during the machining of supplied items within the warranty period, those items need to be replaced by the concerned firm within one month. 4. one integral test piece should be provided for one heat batch, it should be parted in presence of railway authority for material testing before machining.
