supply and commissioning of gps based tracking devices with pre-installed sim for monitoring of track patrolling along with mapping, customization in software, software installation, android app & ios app, report generation and related assistance as per railway board letter no: 2017 / track-1 / 29 / 8, dated: 16.01.2018 in enclosed with this tender. supply, installations as per attached documents ( 1 ) railway board guidelines ( 2 ) technical specifications ( 3 ) technical eligibility ( bidder should fill and upload the document ( 4 ) additional special conditions. the rate including taxes as applicable if any of the following items in addition to the cost of device as under:- ( a ) . all liabilities including any recurring charges per device. ( b ) . rental charges for pre-installed sim per device during warranty and amc period. ( c ) . web charges per device during warranty and amc period. ( d ) . replacement / repairing cost of each defective gps tracking device during warranty and amc period. ( e ) . application software on cloud subscription with mapping, report generation and related assistance. ( gsm / gprs ) telecommunication connection in the name of sse ( p.way ) as per department requirement including recurring expenses for monthly usage package from suitable service provider for call time, sms and internet data charges during warranty and amc period. ( f ) . other cost per device if any. warranty period: 03 years from date of commissioning.
