supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor duty 11 kv ht switch board ( six panel as three incomer + one bus coupler + two outgoing ) indoor duty totally enclosed sheet steel clad floor mounting, vermin proof, fully interlocked vertical isolation, extensible, horizontal draw out , air insulated, metal clad switchboard having double isolation feature complete with circuits , the switch board would be complete with necessary pvc insulated copper bus bar, small wiring, label, cable eyes, cable termination to receive xlpe cables, foundation bolts & suitable for operation on 11 kv, 3 phase, 50 cycle. this ht panel must be extendable for future requirmrent in such manner not to disturb ongoing service at the point of use during extension. the set consist of:- ( a ) 11kv, 800a, 26.3ka / 1sec ic panel =3 nos. ( b ) 11kv, 800a, 26.3ka / 1 sec og panel=2 nos. ( c ) 11kv, 800a, 26.3 ka / 1 sec. bus sectionalize panel=1 no. ( d ) packing-6 nos. ( e ) spring charging handle, racking handle, tripping rod=1 no. the vcb with all necessary accessories will be as per pcee / ser / grc s office specification no- el / con / 33 / 11 / 6.6kv / 6 kv-vacuum-cb / 1 / 2015 ( duly signed on dt.22.12.2015 ) . ct ratio=200-100 / 5a or as per site requirement as advised by dee / g / ada. overall cost includes the cost of dismantling of old one ( if any ) & the cost of installation of new one as per site requirement ( as advised by railway site in-charge ) with all necessary accessories to complete the work in all respect.
