supply of odorization system procurement of odorization system , supply of odorizing system for mother station duliajan & hazarigaon , supply of odorizing system ( gas flow rate from 200 scmh to 3000 scmh ( design flow ) ) with stainless steel storage containers 500 water liters containers ( size to be confirmed by vendor ) ( to be installed one at mother station duliajan & one at mother station hazarigaon ) with all instrumentation required for safe operations, quick coupling arrangement for tank filling, pneumatic panel in the field & control room mounted electronic controller unit along with all tubing, cabling, protective & safety equipment such as face shield mask, rubber hand gloves ( 2 set ) , o-sent ( 2 liter ) with dispenser as per scope of work define above & as per standard specification document inclusive of erection & commissioning spares ( list to be furnished with the bid ) for the mentioned flow capacity and location. , suitable odorant absorber ( absorbent 10 or equivalent ) with necessary handling accessories in suitable storing unit ( 10 kg for each location ) , odorant for natural gas ( 75-80 % tbm ( tert-butyl mercaptan ) + 20- 25 % mes ( methyl ethyl sulphide ) or any suitable proven odorant ) to be first filled in main storage tank ( 400 liters approx. ) . ( all the necessary arrangement & statutory requirements for the supply & filling is bidder’s responsibility. ( client reserves the rights to order additional quantity as per the requirements within the contractual period. ) , a suitable portable odorant concentration-measuring device with necessary attachment for measuring concentration of odorant in natural gas at various pipeline locations. the hand-held instrument shall be equipped with electro chemical sensor suitable for measuring tbm in natural gas in mg / m ³, with range of 0 – 50 mg / m³ and resolution of digital display of 0.1 mg / m³ along with calibration gas, atex approval, and internal storage of minimum 5000 measurement data as per standard specification. , onsite training of purchaser’s personnel for max. 2 ( two ) day for odorant handling, re filling, operation & maintenance, safety & general educational awareness program for odorizing, emergency & contingency plans etc. of the odorizing system all-inclusive rate per day. training procedure & plan has to be submitted, to be completed before final commissioning and handing over system to client. , installation, trial run, commissioning, calibration, first filling odorant in storage container, suitable shade ( on top of the tanks & field panel only ) and all work for odorizing system including performance test at site, documents for peso approval for installation as per scope of work defined in the mr and standard specification documents. , annual maintenance as per above scope of work: annual maintenance contract as per standard specification for complete supplied and installed system & services based on periodic & on demand visits ( minimum 4 regular visit + breakdown as required ) for first year after warranty period.
