bid document for procurement of electric motor driven hydraulic variable suction cng booster compressor 400 scmh , supply of 400 scmh electric motor driven hydraulic cng booster compressor , design, engineering, manufacturing, inspection, testing, supply, transportation, loading & unloading at agcl site / store, installation, commissioning with commissioning spares & field performance test at agcl site of electric motor driven hydraulic variable suction cng booster compressor 400 scmh capacity package with air compressor of capacity approx. 1.5 kw, discharge pressure approx. 10 kg / cm2g , 100 water litre capacity air receiver and air dryer along with all accessories and auxiliaries including operation & preventive maintenance of cng compressor packagein warranty period as per data sheet, scope of work and technical specification ( inclusive of erection & commissioning spares ) completes in all respects including special tools & tackles with the list. note: 400 scmh compressor shall be suitable for installation of 3000 wl cascade at the top ( for details ref. scope of work clause no.1, point no. 1.30 ) . , lump sum operation & comprehensive annual servicing, repair & maintenance charges per cng compressor including air compressor for 1st year after warrantee period inclusive of manpower, spare, consumables etc. amc will consist of two parts: a. preventive maintenance at regular interval by oem / authorised contractor as per recommendation of oem. b. break down maintenance as and when required within amc by oem. , lump sum operation & comprehensive annual servicing, repair & maintenance charges per cng compressor including air compressor for 2nd year after warrantee period inclusive of manpower, spare, consumables etc. amc will consist of two parts: a. preventive maintenance at regular interval by oem / authorised contractor as per recommendation of oem. b. break down maintenance as and when required within amc by oem. , list of mandatory spares for two-year operation with rates for cng compressor package as recommended by bidder but minimum as per list given in scope of work.
