rfp for modelling work of digital fintech university jodhpur rfp for modelling work of digital fintech university jodhpur , scale 1 : 200 all blocks should be as per drawing and detailed enclosed. materials and techniques should be adopted as per requirements for making the model to look more realistic high intense poly styrene sheets, acrylic sheets, plastic sheets, pvc sheets, mdf, hdf sheets ( pine ) , wood boards, etc.• miniature complicated details in models made by 3d printing; like sculptures and other similar details;• use of high intense poly styrene and acrylic sheets for block models;• use of dot sprayer and engraving technique for textures and paints;• use of uv flatbed printing for details as per requirement;• use of screen printing for making patterns as per requirement; paint- use of nitro cellulose based primer for base coatings; use of auto lacquer duco paints for elements; use of emulsion colors for buildings for final coating according to the color code provided, with the primer coating;• use of 3 axis cnc carving for required shapes;• embossed texture paint if required ;• colors used as provided in the reference pictures or color code of actual from shade card of any paint brand;• screen printing and sand blasting used for required pattern• vacuum forming used for required shapes; mostly for fluidic forms, in which die made in wood craved or pop carved scale 1:200 , 1.1 exterior model of complete campus building ( including all 8 blocks viz academic block, hostel block, faculty block, workshop, dean director residence, gate house, guest house & non teaching block. ) 1.2 toughened glass covering for the model including installation at site model glass size 14 ft x 7.5 ft height 1.75ft 8 mm toughened glass “icon” or “ozone” brands glass fittings should be used. 1.3 street lighting and landscape & landscape lighting system for model; • detailed block lighting system for illuminating the block through openings for special effects; for ( up to 20 structures including main academic building ) + site and main road development imported lights. use of smd lights mostly with the 12v and 5v supply, and all the electronics used are of class 1 product;• exterior lights in model i.e. bollard lights, outdoor wall light, road lights, etc.• focusing lights near buildings and in landscaping areas, • landscape detailing light up, • lightings in boundary wall, lights near the trees as per landscape plan enclosed. 1.4 designer stand for the model with project name with embossed logo ( designer trapezoidal shaped / box shaped table ) ; model stand size 14 ft x 7.5 ft height 2.5ft • use of bwp / bwr grade ply board ( waterproof , borer and termite proof ) • with white pu finish coating • with blue skirting light in the stand 1.5 advance landscape development trees used in model should be more similar as per their botanical name in the landscape drawing; or described ;• landscape element and features should be developed as per landscape drawing , hand carved or made by 3d printer, • similar color and textures should be used as per given view / ref. images / drawings. 1.6 installation of music system 4 white speakers with controlling unit with controller including installation within the table , inbuilt speakers for the soft sound or any kind of script music clip • able to setup custom voice clip provided ;• including studio record of the script if any 1.7 android based application development touch tablet operated lights system including making of customized android based application for operating the model light operation through touch tablet, application should be able to communicate with the model light controller, application should be customised as per project requirement. 1.8 individual unit light controller customised controller development it should be synchronized and controlled by the android application, ability to control the individual light of any structure and any area within the model , cut section models in scale to be placed inside the main model of following 9 blocks: smart classroom 30 capacity, smart classroom 60 capacity, flip classroom, dean flat, director residence, 3 bhk faculty flat, 2 bhk non teaching flat and auditorium.
