handling and conveyance of stores of any description from store yard of dett mss tc ( 503 sstc ) pathankot to various destinations on roads under jurisdiction of hq 31 brtf area under project sampark in union territory of j k , pmt works materials , removing cement from any place inside or outside buildings , loading into road vehicles , unloading at required site inside and outside building and stacking neatly as directed ( transporting charges are not included in the rate and shall be paid under item 2 below ) charges etc complete , transporting any class of goods by any means to a distance exceeding 10 km .
