wbdof / ddf / cz / msd / nit- 02 ( e ) / 2018-19 ( 2nd call ) supply of good quality fish fingerlings of indian major carp ( imc ) and lime in convergence on fisheries under jal dharo jal bharo of murshidabad district of west bengal during the financial year 2018-19 . , i ) fish seed should be raised from accredited hatchery . the species should be healthy , disease & stress free during supply . ii ) duly acclimatized and stomach fully empty and should be capable of withstanding quarantine check / treatment before release / stocking in the water body . iii ) some quantity will be kept in the hapa for 1 hour , to test mortality and should not be more than 5% or weak fingerlings , whose movement will be slow / sluggish . iv ) in case of seeds not produced in west bengal the bidders must have requisite certificates as the case maybe and have fish culture activities preferably in west bengal / may be attached to any fish culture farm . v ) supplier must have a certificate from accredited hatchery during supply . vi ) delivery size 4-6 inches / 45-50 nos . / kg vi ) ratio: - catla : rohu = 4000 : 3500 per unit vii ) no hybrid variety will be allowed . , 1 ) supply of good quality lime stone ( calcium carbonate - caco3 ) or burnt lime ( calcium oxide - cao ) 2 ) the materials should be solid , semi dust , purely in dried conditions . 3 ) in case of lime stone , calcium carbonate should be not less than 98% . 4 ) in case of burnt lime , calcium oxide should not be less than 89% . 5 ) burnt lime should neither be over burnt nor under burnt .
