cleaning of kutcha or pucca drains at ktps , cleaning and removing silt , ash etc from the underground drains upto any depth , manholes , pits , ducts , hume pipes , kutcha portion of drains etc . and from the inverts of drains pits manholes etc . from top level of masonry or concrete drains and shifting the same and stacking , as per direction of the eic . this work involves reconstruction of kutcha drain by trimming sides and bottom including dressing chilchalling flanks & other areas cleaning including cutting and filling upto any depth as per requirement at site . this work also involves labour for placing sand or earth filled empty bags in spurs , breaches occurred on damaged portion of embankment etc . including stiching , carriage and cost of all labour complete . ( for operation of this item of work daily instruction from the deptt . to be followed ) . the rate includes cost of tools & tackles , supervision & other incidental charges . [ ten ( 10 ) nos . category workers are engaged for this job inside the plant premises . if any category worker remains absent from his duty beyond eligible leaves and weekly off day during the total contractual period deduction will be made of actual wages and facility as per mos i . e rs . 731 . 50 & long absent or retirement case deduction rs . 826 . 97 ] , supply of unskilled workers for cleaning of any type of chokage like mud , earth , ash pieces of wood , cutting of grass , jungles , hogla debris etc . as reqd . for easy flow of storm / leakage / seepage water from the existing temporary drainage system and any type of work inside plant premises as per direction of eic or his authorised representative . 05 ( five ) nos . no-category workers are engaged for the total job inside the plant premises . payment will be made on the basis of actual man days engaged as per produce of actual attendance . , supplying empty cement bags in good condition . , pumping out water and discharge the same as per direction of the engineer-in-charge from any point of kolaghat tps including supply of pump along with all accessories and fuel & lubricant complete . the pump shall be of minimum 5 h . p . capacity .
