c and f contract for alumina export c and f contract for alumina export at nalco pf visakhapatnam , receiving and acknowledging various notices served by the master/owner/agents of the vessel , continuous attendance on vessel during the stay at port and liaison with the master/owners/agents and protect rights of nalco/under-writers in terms of our sale agreement , preparation of demurrage / dispatch statements , c&f services for documentation , processing of papers through customs , deec / any other license related formalities , obtaining customs clearance , port clearance etc . for export consignments of alumina , preparation of b/ls as per our l/c terms . the work also includes appraisements and collection of cheque payments from nalco for paying to customs and port liaison / assistance in survey , supervision an d co-ordination with various agencies for prompt and immediate completion of formalities and loading of export material and filing / settlement of drawback / refund claims with customs / port authorities / excise con cessions including release of bonds executed to the excise authorities , etc . , after shipment , preparation of statement of facts and obtaining bill of lading and other documents duly signed by master / authorized agents of owners , close liaison with central excise customs , port shipping agents , export inspection agencies , surveyors and any other authority concerned with the above activities including all other connected activities pertaining to export of alumina . the contractor shall monitor and ensure to get duty draw back on any other applicable credits from the customs dept . to nalco account . the contractor required to furnish to nalco , fortnightly status of egm closing & processing of duty drawback in respect of by customs has to be promptly replied under intimation to nalco .
