annual maintenance contract ( amc ) of incinerator at hemm , nalco mines , damanjodi , attending pm / any major repair jobs of the incinerator: it includes quarterly visit of your service engineer to our mines site , performing the preventive maintenance jobs & any other major repair / rectification jobs , trial run and listing of required spare parts of the incinerator etc . . unit of measurement of the work will be the nos . of visits of your service engineer from your works to our mines site . during each visit , the service engineer will stay 03 days at our mines site for executing the required jobs . , rectifying defects / any abnormal problem of the incinerator on emergency: it includes visiting of your service engineer to our mines site within one week after receiving emergency call from the manager- in- charge ( mic ) , trouble shooting of the problems / defects , performing the repair / rectification job , trial run and listing of required spare parts of the incinerator etc . . unit of measurement of the work will be the nos . of visits of your service engineer from your works to our mines site . during each visit , the service engineer will stay 02 days at our mines site for executing the required jobs .
