setting up of data centre on turnkey basis -design, site preparation, supply, installation, testing, commissioning & amc services of basic infrastructure for establishment of data centre at c-dac, bangalore centre-ups , batteries and associated items , dg set with amf panel and associated items , lv electrical components including panels , cables , illumination ( internal + external at dry cooler area ) , dry cooler and associated piping , instrumentation , pumps etc . , pac systems and associated work , ibms - entire items , server rack-42u wxd ( 800*1200 ) alongwith pdu , cable manager and 20% of blanking plates etc . , any other items , material required to complete the entire solutions , labor charges , charges towards installation , commissioning pertaining to items 1 to 8 as above , any other charges required for completing the turnkey project in all respects as per the tender , optional items ( will not be considered for computing l-1 ) , comprehensive annual maintenance contract - 4th year , comprehensive annual maintenance contract - 5th year
