maintenance of old plantation at cpp with main garden maintenance contract of cpp . , provision of manpower usw: provision of manpower supply@ 5 mandays /day for carrying out un forseen and unplanned work like prunning of unwanted branches from plantation areas , cutting and clearing of wooden logs falling on railway track / roads inside plant premises at the time of storm and cleaning of plants around raw water reservoir etc . ( for the type of work that can not be quantified ) . watering of roadside plant . cleaning/dressing of vegetation and work related to removal of green debrishes etc from plant , adm building , cisf premises of cpp . paymentwill be made to contractor strictly as per punching data/ bank payment . , provision of temp . manpower usw: provision of temporary manpower supply for tree prunning in case of emmergency work . the contractor is to engage extra manpower for this purpose other than the existing manpower in the present contract and the contractor is to provide proof to that effect by showing temporary gate pass issued by hrd deptt / cisf to that effect .
