providing housekeeping services to mpt hospital at headland for a period of three year-2020-2021 , 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 . , housekeeping of hospital premises by general cleaning of common areas on shift and daily basis between 7 . 30 hrs to 12 . 30 hrs & 14 . 00 to 17 . 00 hrs ) as well cleaning of toilets inclusive of wcs bathroom floors & dado urinals , wash places & drinking water points cleaning the floors of the office premises , including stairs case & passages by sweeping / mopping using phenol scrubbing using vim/sanifresh including removal of stains using stain remover as directed etc . as per detail technical specification , scope at annex- a , b & c . all labour materials etc complete . note:i ) cleaning all the toilets , bathrooms etc thrice a day . ii ) cleaning all common passages , staircases on all floors once dayiii ) minimum 8 uniformed sanitary health workers to be deployed on day today/shift basis including sundays and holidays . iv ) required cleaning materials and tools to be use as per the list at annex - d and as directedv ) approximate area to be maintained 12 , 000 sq . m ( per year ) and cleaning of all toilets and urinals and any other ares as directed , description same as item no . 1 above but by deploying 8 uniformed medical health workers for carrying out the patient related works on shift duty as directed etc . complete . . , supply of uniformed hospital attendant minimum 15 nos . to work on shift basis as directed by cmo/hospital in charge for performing various day to day works as specified at annex -b etc complete .
