tender for transformer oil testing for two ( 02 ) years of 09 nos . of 80 mva , 11kv / 220kv generator transformers ( including spare gt ) of omkareshwar power station , nhdc ltd , interfacial tension , flash point , neutralization value ( acidity ) , electric strength ( bdv ) , tan delta ( dielectric dissipation factor ) , resistivity ( specific resistance ) , water content ( moisture content ) , sediment & sludge , furan analysis , dissolved gas analysis , note: 1 . bidder shall quote unit cgst , sgst & igst amount in column no . 6 , 7 & 8 respectively . 2 . bidders are requested to verify carefully the amount entered by them in respective column and the amount generated automatically through formulae before uploading it to the portal 3 . furan analysis test for inservice transformers has been taken on once in a year basis . 4 . *test frequency for conducting the dga of oil samples of gt#2 , gt#4 , gt#6 , gt#8 with online dga system has been taken as once in a year basis , however for other tests and dga of oil samples of u#1 , u#3 , u#5 and u#7 has been taken as twice in a year basis . 5 . all tests for spare transformer has been taken as once in two ( 02 ) years . 6 . if required by nhdc ltd any of the above tests / analysis on additional oil sample / samples , shall be carried out by the firm with same rates .
