providing services for resume and interview training , skill assessment and career advancement coaching / counseling of pgpx students for final placements 2020-21 offered by iima . , item description , providing services which includes: all the services / items mentioned in the main nit document including career conversations / sessions at iima campus , workshops at iima campus , master resume reviews , variant resume reviews - 1 , variant resume reviews - 2 , mock interviews at iima campus & counselling , personality assessment using international certified test and providing coaching based on the assessment , submission of individual reports , batch report , advisory services to each student for job search etc . the services to be provided are in different formats as mentioned above . the payment will be made per student as long as the student has availed one or more of above services . the number of sessions per student may vary but the agency has to provide services to reasonable satisfaction of the student / iima . please note that the total cost for the proposed assessment test should be included in this scope . the scope should also include the costs like air / local travel , hotel stay , local conveyance and during visits of coaches and mentors to iima that will be borne by the vendor .
