upkeeping , sanitary , housekeeping and garden maintenance services at vitm and vimsa , upkeeping , sanitary , housekeeping and garden maintenance at vitm , bangalore as per job requirement and specifications for the services indicated in annexure- ii , iii respectively and required number of upkeeping , sanitary , housekeeping and garden maintenance personnel mentioned at annexure ( v ) of the nit i . e . the agency is required to quote their composite monthly service charges in highlighted column no . 7 only , which will comprise : ( a ) wages , epf , esi , reliever charges , bonus , overtime charges for 3 national holidays , use of machinery & equipment and charges for supply of materials for upkeep and for garden maintenance as indicated in annexure-v ( i . e . departmental estimate of nit ) . ( b ) administrative expenses and profit of the agency ) . ( the applicable gst on the composite service charges quoted will be paid extra ) ( * ) the charges for 3 national holidays is payable only in the month of january , august and october when the national holidays fall . ,
