ac and ventilation pacjage ac and ventilation pacjage , design, engineering, document submission, manufacturing, arranging and carrying out the inspection as per standards at shop, painting, packing of items described in the enquiry spec, supply to site, transportation, supervision of erection and commissioning, trial run, handing over & demonstration ofpg test of mechanical, electrical & c&i items of complete ac & ventilation system including accessories, auxiliary systems etc. ( as per the scope mentioned in technical enquiry specifications ) note: responsibility of the successful bidder for the smooth takeover of the total scope in “as is where is condition” from the present status and carry forward to complete the work including design, engineering, supply and supervision of e&c, performance guarantee and handing over of the entire ac & ventilation system with associated accessories etc. , supply: , complete air conditioning system for dcs rio room , complete pressurized ventilation system for all switchgear room , complete ventilation system for tripper floor i.e. bunker bay ( housing tripper conveyors ) , all toilets, battery rooms of control rooms with exhaust fans. , all electrical and c & i items for proper functioning of supplied mechanical items as mentioned in the technical specification , services supervision of erection, commissioning, trial run, pg test, post commissioning activities till successful handing over note : bidder’s scope shall also include co-ordination with oem of supplied items w.r.t.installation / supervision / erection / commissioning activities and oem service engineers’ availability as per need basis and cost towards this is deemed to be included in the quoted price. so later it shall not have any additional cost implication to bhel. , no. of man-days , no. of man-visits
