term contract for zone 1 ( b ) , 1 ( c ) and zone 5 under ge ( s ) tezpur-to perform term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid mes schedule of rate 2009 part-i ( specifications ) together with amendments no 1 to 3 and 2020 part-ii ( rates ) together with amendments no 1 to 122 and general conditions of contracts ( iafw-2249 ) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment no 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid mes schedule during the period of 365 days from the date of acceptance of tender.note:- ( i ) tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 5th row.the actual amount of contract would be rs. 20 lakhs ( max ) .the contractors may fill the % intended to quote over ssr ratesby selecting the option excess ( + ) or less ( - ) to quote the percentage above / below the ssr. ii ) the total / cumulative amount of work order shall not be exceed the amount given in nit ( rs. 20 lakhs ) and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in boq. being term contract, work is priced at rates given in ssr 2020
