repairing parts of sdl 971-1.01 cutting of hex. nylock nut with gas 1.02 supply and fixing of new link pin and flat washer ( 625a000003261 ) 1.03 straightening of outer link assy. with hyd. pressure jack ( 625m000003256 ) 1.04 radiator assy. repairing by dismantling and damaged tubes approx 10 nos. and cleaning of all tubes and brazing of leakage tubes and bottam tank welding and replacement of gasket. 1.05 rebuilding of 21 nos. of sprocket teeth by steel electrodes durochrome in two layer and upper side by lh electrodes. 1.06 machining of sprocket teeth outer face as per original shape and size. 1.07 grinding work of all teeth as per original shape & template size. 1.08 bucket arm lever assy. bend and damaged bracket gas cutting, heating, straightening with the help of hydraulic press machine and re-welding with asy. in multilayer by special jointing steel electrodes and shaping by grinding with proper alignment and lin ing. 1.09 en-18 carbon steel metal pin new making with head and lock hole for above bucket arm lever. 1.1 chassis frame arm assy. bend and damaged portion straightening by hydraulic press machine and also brackets cutting and after straightening re-setting “v”grooving and full welding in multi layer by special jointing electrodes with support stiching and shaping by grinding with proper alignment and labell lining. 1.11 en- 18 carbon steel metal pin new making with head and lock hole for above chassis.
