annual maintenance for engaging essential service to 36 tngrhs flats @ karaikudi, sivagangai district for the period from 01.09.2023 to 31.03.2024 by engaging the required & properily trained multi-trdae labour for lifting water from sump, well or borewell to the over-head tank in each block, maintenance of pumpsets, attending the repair works in water supply line and sanitary line and removal of blockages in water closets, inspection chambers and gullies, attending electrical fault in wiring and electrical installations in the flats, replacing the bulbs in the common area, sweeping the common area including cleaning the cowdung, cleaning of vegitations and bushes in and around the area, keeping the scheme premises neat and tidy by removing silt from the storm water drain, removing the debris away from the scheme area, maintaining the avenue trees and garden plants, cleaning of water tanks and sumps in each block once in 4 months of a year on rotation basis with out any complaints from the residence of the scheme etc., complete in all respect and as directed by the departmental officers.mazdoor grade ii
