provision of outsourcing of security services of ge ( central ) pune . , providing of security services by deploying chowkidar / security guard to following mes formations with the man power for watch and ward the govt offices and properties , to close the offices / gate after office hrs and ensure the safety of office and the govt properties for all working days including sundays and holidays ( in day or night ) having desired educational qualification , uniform / dress code as specified and as per the duty roster prepared by the officer / office superintendent and within timing mentioned against each formation complete all as specified in the tender documents and directed . note no 1: the contractor shall confirm to the ge that stand by chowkidar is available with him and same will be deployed in case of absence of deployed chowkidar or any other reason without any extra cost of govt . note no 2: unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of provision of uniform to security guard , employment of supervisor , necessary insurance of workers , epf , esic , lwc , contribution towards bonus maintenanace of attendence register , first aid , identity card and pvr of workers etc complete . note no 3 . output shall be checked by the engineer-in-charge and verified on daily basis through work diary . , ( a ) hq chief engineer pune zone office timmings all working days including sundays and holidays as per duty roster for 08 hrs in a day or night . total chokidar - 01 nos per working day for 334 days . ( b ) ge ( central ) pune office timmings all working days including sundays and holidays as per duty roster for 08 hrs in a day or night . total chokidar - 03 nos per working day for 334 days . total chowkidar - cepz+ge ( central ) ( 01+03 ) = 04 nos per working day for 334 days
