tender for reconstruction of compound wall at vridhachalam warehouse.; 1 dismantling damaged brick work with cement mortar wall and removing the debris from the site and depositing the same as directed by the engineer in charge. 2 earth work excavation for foundation in soils and sub soils full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring and strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc.., complete. 3 supplying and filling foundation and basement with filling m.sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed consolidated etc.., complete complying with standard specifications. 4 cement concrete 1:5:10 ( one cement five sand and ten jelly ) using 40mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc., complete. 5 reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ( one cement two sand and four broken stone jelly ) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all rcc works such as slabs, beam, footings, staircase waist slabs, steps, landing beams, fins, boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other simillar works including laying curing etc.., complete. 6 a ) for foundation and basement. 7 b ) for super structure in ground floor. 8 supplying, fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement using mild steel or ribbed tor rods for all rcc works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, steel and binding wire shall be supplied by the contractors etc.., complete. 9 supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary suports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10bg stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm centre to centre etc.., complete complying with standard specifications.
