outsourcing of conservency and housekeeping services deos in respect of ge i cg goa , providing services through outsourced persons 11 nos - data entry operators ( deos- skilled category ) for ge ( i ) ( cg ) goa in housekeeping such as maintaining of reports and returns compilation of various data , generation of reports , keeping the record progress of work and any other misc duties as directed by engineer-in-charge/ section -in-charge . complete all as sepcified and directed . , note: ( a ) deos shall perform the duties of 8 hrs duration from 0900 to 1730 hrs on all working days or as directed by engineer -in- charge ( b ) the deos employed should be 12th pass and have diploma/ degree/ training in computer course of minimum 06 months duration ( c ) the contractor shall furnish the rar / fb to engg-in-charge alongwith the following documents for payments failing which no payment will be disbursed to the contractor and continuous negligence on these matter may reflects adverse comments on his performance resulting ban in future tender issue :- ( i ) attendance register in original duly signed by the engaged staff , contractor , ao/os of the respective office and engineer-in-charge . ( ii ) wages register duly signed by the engineer-in-charge . ( iii ) proof of aadhar linked payments of monthly wages and bonus in the form of bank slips / attested copies of individual pass books duly signed by engg-in-charge . ( iv ) proof of deposit of provident fund ( epf ) and esic contribution to the respective authority duly signed by contracts and engg-in-charge . ( v ) details of workmen worked duly entered in mb month wise duly sign by contractor engg-in charge .
