consultancy services for provn of area drainage in techanical and domestic area at af stn jodhpur , under ge ( af ) jodhpur survey : carrying out topography survey work by using total station machine including collection of all important details on the field . all topographical details like roads ( kachca / pucca ) , nalla , tanks wells , houses , drain , runway , high-tension line , electric poles , telephone poles , gas/water pipe line ( visible on ground ) , field bunds structures land mark features shall be collected . spot levels shall be collected at 10 x 10m grid interval for near where undulation found . submission of survey drawings in 1 soft copy and 10 hard copy in appropriate scale / size including one hard copy in tracing paper . old topographical details to be marked in different colours all as directed by engr-in-charge . storm water drain : ( a ) preparation of complete storm water drain layout and designs based on last 50 years rainfall data . the design shall meet all relevant is codal requirements . ( b ) submission of the following working details :- ( i ) layout drawings duly supported by design calculation . ( ii ) schedule of quantity ( boq ) and particular specification estimation with supporting rate analysis of each unit / item and all necessary work services . ( iii ) getting approval of dpr from iit / nit of the scheme . ( iv ) submission of dpr in 10 hard and 01 soft copy . notes - the quoted rate is deemed to include for the following and nothing extra is admissible on this account :- ( a ) the survey shall be carried out using total station . ( b ) to facilitate surveying all shrubs , bushes , weeds , plants ( excluding trees ) shall be cut and removed to location as directed by engineer in charge by employing suitable labour before commencement of surveying . no extra payment will be claimed on this account . ( c ) mobilisation of all necessary equipments , man power etc required for dpr and demobilisation of same after completion shall be the responsiblity of consultant contractor .
