( c ) dismantling up old unsv horn assy and refixing new one horn assy - 01 set ( d ) dismantling of side door assembly and fixing new door channel assy - 02 nos ( e ) dismantling/cutting rusted sheet ans support channels of rear body of the vehicle and refixing of new channel with the same specification and piece of ms sheet with tinkering and paintion the repaired portion of the vehicle - 01 job ( f ) dismantling of mud guard and replacement with new mud guards - 02 nos ( g ) fixing of steering wheel cover - 01 ( h ) repair/replacement of wiring of the lighting system wiring for the lights- 01 job ( j ) opening up the front wheel and checking its bearing and brake shoe and fixing the same after cleaning the brake shoe - 01 job ( k ) opening up the rear wheel and replacement of bearing - 02 nos ( l ) dismantling of steering rod assy and replacement steering spindle rod and refixing the same with new one - 01 job ( m ) dismantling of radiator assy and cleaning the radiator tubes with the help of chemical or any other medium - 01 job ( n ) dismantling the driver seat of the vehicle and repair of lock system of the sheet welding and refixing the same after repair at its original position - 01 job . note :- ( i ) retrived material will be the property of the contractor ( ii ) gear oil , break fluid will be provided by department .
