consultancy services for construction of watch tower with focus light at bvy ( pbr ) , 1 . analysis design , detailing and supply of complete structural drawings based on approved architechural drawings of rcc framed structures with rcc foundation based on sbc report at three location of same size and design parameters as per relevant is codes and as per zonal specification , all structures/facilities for watchtower with rcc grade m-30 as per the structures as shown in architectural drawings including foundation at port blair . 2 . submission of complete set ( in 03 sets ) of structural drawings for buildings and foundation in hard copy dully vetted , ( 01 ) set on reproducible film duly vetted and cd ( in 02 nos ) alongwith detailed design report with all calculations , design philosphy , assumptions including reference etc . 4 the analysis , design and drawings shall be proof checked by any of the iit/nits ( authorised person of iit/nits with stamp affixed ) . 3 . plinth area 92 . 07 sqm ( approx ) at each location in ( g+2 ) ( double storey ) . total plinth area at three locations is 276 . 21sqm ( approx ) , note: ( a ) the job be treated as single and quoted amount should be for the entire job .
