outsourcing of trade services for maintenance and upkeep of otm/ md accommodation under age ( i ) naya raipur , basic rate : refer schedulea notes , providing trade services for maintenance and upkeep of otm/ md accommodation under age ( i ) naya raipur from 08:30 hrs to 17:00 hrs in shift of ( 08 ) eight hours ( excluding lunch hour ) per day except sunday and closed holidays to attend the complaints for repair/ replacement work to e/m services pertains to electrician work as per standard engineering practice , keeping proper day to day records of maintenance activities ( to be mentioned in maintenance record register supplied by the contractor ) by deploying minimum total ( 02 ) two nos . electrician having full knowledge of the trade alongwith proper tools , plants & equipments , safety measures etc comprising of duties/ work complete in the manner as specified under srl item no . 2 . 10 here-in-after and/ or as directed by engr-in-charge . , notes for comprising of duties/ works under item no . 2 . 00 :- ( i ) materials required for repair/ replacement work to e/m services pertains to electrician work shall be issued directly by the sub division through concerned engr-in-charge on the format as decided by the ge/ age ( i ) for issue and receipt of materials . ( ii ) contractor will ensure with proper functioning of mes service centers/ complaint cell of concerned sub division by providing complaint register and job card book for lodging complaints , recording of daily work done after getting users signature on completion of work on job card/ complaint slips of work and deposit the same at complaint cell on the same day to engineer-in-charge/ concerned je . ( iii ) cost of fixing/ refixing/ removing of items , uniform & all type of t&p and equipments as required shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate . ( iv ) complaints shall be attended and rectified within time frame as specified in particular specifications part-ii forming part of tender documents according to priority based on nature of complaint . ( v ) location and place of complaints shall be as per requirement of trade services for maintenance and upkeep of otm/ md accommodation in different areas under age ( i ) naya raipur as directed by engineer in charge/ je concerned within 4 . 0km radius from sub-divn office . ( vi ) contractor shall be fully responsible for conveyence and required t&p and equipments to attend the complaints by concerned tradesman . ( vii ) persons employed should have the minimum qualifications as specified in particular specifications part-ii forming part of tender documents as per their trade . ( viii ) contractor shall be fully responsible for the performance of duties by the tradesman employed by him all as specified in particular specifications part-ii forming part of tender documents .
