manning and operation of water supply installation at motitibba , chautha mode and dainkund including repair/maintenance of external water supply distribution system and allied works at air force station dalhousie , maintenance and operation for water supply installation and water reserviour at motitibba pump house , chautha mode and dainkund pump house with 03 skilled operator for one shift of 8 hours ( 02 shifts per day ) including sunday and holidays for operation of equipments complete as and when necessary including daily/periodical maintenance like oiling , greasing etc , for smooth supply of water to users complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge including the following duties :- ( a ) operation , regular maint . & minor repair of centrifugal pump motor set of capacity 20 hp & submersible pump set of capcity 5 hp installed at pump house of any make and model . ( b ) operation , regular maint . & minor repair of motor-starter dol/ star delta starter ( oil/dry type ) of any rating , make or model . ( c ) operation , regular maint . & minor repair of lt panel , changeover switches & main switches . ( d ) opening & closing of of sluice valves / gate valves of rising main / distribution pipe line for smoth operation of water supply installaion . ( e ) operation , regular maint & minor repair of chlorination plant ( any type & capacity ) . ( f ) inside / outside area cleaning surrounding the installation . ( g ) cost of reliever is deemed to be included in above quoted rates . , notes for srl item no 1 to 2 :- ( a ) the following items be provided for the operator and helper as per weather condition :- ( i ) two sets of uniform with the name of operator and helper . dress colour code will be decided by engineer-in-charge . ( ii ) one pair of snow shoes/snow jackets/hand gloves . ( iii ) one pair of gum boot and rain coat . ( iv ) one set of tool kit ie . pipe wrench , spaner , plier , tester , screw driver etc or as required at site with tool bag . ( v ) payment should be made before 5th of every month and documents to be submitted to engr-in-charge . 5% of salary amount will be deducted from final bill in case of lapse for each month . ( b ) the rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be include for all this provision . ( c ) tenderer are requested to attach the latest order of central govt/ state govt/local body regarding minimum wages and statutory deductions regarding to epf & esi etc .
