outsourcing of services for manning and operation of electric supply at lichubari , rowriah , saraibari and bhalukmara at jorhat military station under ge jorhat , outsourcing of services for manning and operation of electric supply at lichubari , rowriah , saraibari and bhalukmara as listed in schedule-a and to perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and condition contained or referred to in the tender documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded duly covering for superintendence , overheads and profit , during the period of 11 month after the date of acceptance of tender as per work order no . 1 . , notes:- ( a ) pre-priced rates inserted by the department are deemed to be at par with the minimum fair wages circulated by chief labour commissioner ( central ) vide letter no . 1/20 ( 3 ) / 2020-ls-ii dated 12 october 2020 applicable for c area . the lumpsum price shall be worked out by the bidder independently for works as listed in schedule-a and as specified in tender documents and insert amount under column 6 to cover all . ( b ) the bidders/contractors is to quote lump sum amount under column 6 for works as listed in schedule-a covering all the aspects mentioned in the tender documents including all taxes , overheads and profit but excluding for epf , esic , lwc and bonus which shall be quoted under respective serial item nos in this boq , representing ( % ) percentage above/below ( +or - denomination ) the lump sum inserted by mes under column 5 and which shall be worked out based on the difference of amount under column 6 . ( c ) the representing ( % ) percentage above/below ( +or - denomination ) the lump sum inserted by mes under column 5 in case of epf , esic and bonus shall be worked out based on the difference of amount quoted by the bidder under the respective serial item nos in this boq . ( d ) the representing ( % ) percentage above/below ( +or - denomination ) the lump sum worked out by the bidder/contractor under column 6 in case of lwc shall be worked out based on the difference of amount quoted by the bidder under the respective serial item nos in this boq .
