special repair to charpoy gi pipe for replacing nylon newar with hard top under ge ( west ) jalandhar cantt . please refer tender documents , taking out existing unserviceable nylon newar from the charpoy gi pipe , tightening each part of charpoy , supply and fixing of 03 nos flat iron of size 40mm x 4mm of length equal to width of plywood/gi charpoy painted with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of primer and fixing it tightly to gi charpoy with nuts , bolts and washers of suitable size including necessary drilling into gi pipe , drilling holes 03 nos each in long rails , 02 nos each in short rails & 02 nos on all three flat iron at centre and supply & fixing 12mm thick bwr grade plywood commerical of size 1980 x 900 fixed to gi pipe frame with 10 nos gi nuts , bolts of 6mm dia , 62 to 65mm long , complete all as specified & directed . drg : fd-220 , taking out old unserviceable long rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with new long rail of gi pipe 32 mm bore , medium grade , duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame , complete all as specified as shown on drawing and as directed . drg : fd-220 , taking out old unserviceable short rail from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with short rail of gi pipe made out from long rail retrieved under serial item no . 2 . 0 here-in-before duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame , complete all as specified as shown on drawing . drg : fd-220 , taking out old unserviceable leg from three way elbow by unscrewing and replacing with leg of gi pipe made out short rail retrieved under serial item no . 3 . 0 here-in-before duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame including supply and fixing for mild steel bottom plate made out of ms sheet 3mm thick welded to bottom of leg by gas/arch welding all around the bottom plate with leg , complete all as specified as shown on drawing . drg : fd-220 , taking out old unserviceable /broken gi check nut from the frame by unscewing and replacing with new check nut gi 32mm bore as per sample kept in bsos office , complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed . drg : fd-220 , taking out old unserviceable/broken three way elbow from gi pipe charpoy by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow gi 32mm bore/dia isi marked , complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed . drg : fd-220
