manning and operation of em installation at barabanki under ge ( east ) lucknow . ( recall ) , providing services by deploying skilled fgm ( pump and dg set operator ) in alloted shifts of 8 hrs per day as mentioned below at water supply and electric supply installation at mil station barabanki of installed equipment/machine including sunday/holiday with the help of pump and generator operator for maintenance of pump , motor , pumping of water storage and opeartion of bleaching dozer/chloronome to make arrangement for availability of free residual , and running of dg set complete recording for running of pumping and dg set , hours run , water pumped , voltage , amp reading etc daily to be maintained and cleaning of complete installation daily complete all as specified and directed . ( a ) pump house- 01 shift ( b ) power house- 01 shift , providing services by deploying skilled electrician in alloted shifts of 8 hrs per day as mentioned below for daily maint of external and internal electric supply at mil station barabanki on all working days including sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed . ( a ) army area- 03 shiftsnote :- ( i ) electrician have good knowledge of ht , lt & internal electric for repair/maint ( ii ) electrician have to give the feed back daily once in office of concerned je & age em office personally ( iii ) contractor have to provide to operator mobile , measuring instrument tong tester , multimeter and repairing connected tools etc . , providing services by deploying semi skilled mate/ helper in alloted shifts of 8 hrs per day as mentioned below for daily maint of external and internal electric supply at mil station barabanki on all working days including sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed . ( a ) army area- 01 shifts , note for item no 1 to 3 :- rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive for following item :- ( a ) contractor shall provided two set of uniform , shoe with name plate , mobile connection , etc ( b ) the log sheets will be maintained by the contractor in each installations . contractor shall provided log book , attendence register , plant running record book and rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to included in his quoted rates . ( c ) the site documents such as log sheet , attendance etc will be checked daily by je , weekly by engineer-in-charge & monthly by ge . ( d ) all plant and machinery equipment and other items belonging to plant including safety shall be responsibility of manpower employed by the contractor . ( e ) minor stores required should be provided by the contractor . ( k ) major stores required for rectification of complaint will be supplied by the demartment ( f ) contractor shall submit insurance cover of all the workers employed by him for 11 month period . ( g ) the contractor will be responsible for upkeep of the installations in neat and tidy conditions and in a presentable manner . the surrounding of the installation will also be maintained neat and clean by removing grasses and other vegetation . the quoted rates shall include the upkeep of surrounding area of the plant out side pherifery upto 06 metre / installations including grass/shurb cutting & plantation of seasonal flowers to an area of entire installations and . in case the contractor fails to upkeep of the installations , he shall be liable to penalty @ rs500/- per day for not upkeep of the installations . , notes continued/ - ( h ) the rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by government of india/ concerned state government/ local body , whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employee towards employees provident fund ( epf ) , contribution towards employees state insurance corporation ( esic ) , contribution of bonus and labour welfare cess ( lwc ) under respective headings/ sub-items . the prevelling rate/wages/contribution shall be applicable on the date of bid submission end date . in case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/ instructions under any heading ( s ) , the bid will be treated as non-bonafide/invalid , shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance . in such case , the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/ bonafide bids only . the tender will be considered for financial evaluation only if the rates in item no . 1 to 3 are found bonafied . ( j ) the gst is included in the rates quoted against all items .
