( c ) various size of sluice valve - 10 nos , outsourcing of service of operation , safeguarding & maintenance of sewage treatment plant ( capacity 200 cum/day ) with 01 nos fgm for two shifts all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge . , outsourcing service for operation , safe guarding and maintenance of mbbr type sewage treatment plant ( capacity 200 cum/day ) with 01 helper the installation consist of the following:- ( a ) raw sewage pump 5 hp capcity - 02 nos ( b ) raw sewage equvialization pump 10 hp capcity - 02 nos ( c ) sludge pump 5 hp - 01 no ( d ) filter bed pump 5 hp - 02 nos ( e ) air compressor 10 hp capcity - 02 nos ( f ) dg set 30 kva - 01 no , note for item no 1 to 6 : ( a ) the person should be able to operate the dg set genrator according to the appropriate norms by checking the fuel leve , e/oil level , battery and all filters regularly , carrying out the maintenance of the generator , dg set shall be operated by the operator incase of electric supply failure . all documents should be maintained systematically by the operator . ( b ) carrying out b check through authorised dealer / oem once in six month or 250 hrs of run which ever is earlier by replacement of diesel filter assembly , by pass filter assembly complete with engine oil filters , required qty of engine oil including necessary o rings , gaskets , packings etc complete draining out unserviceable engine oil , checking the proper functioning of the lubrication and cooling system all as directed and as specified . ( c ) engine oil will be issued free for filling , ( i ) the contractor shall emply minimum iti qualified electrical or mechanical trade technician from govt . recognised institute to operate dg sets & power house and maintain log shets of dg sets & power house shutdown register . , ( ii ) rate quoted by tenderer is inclusive for maintaining the general cleanliness within the installation premises by cutting of grass shrubs and small tress & vegetations , ( iii ) protective clothing as is and as safty instructions & tools requried as applicable are to be provided by the contractor . no extra payment will be made to contractor for the same . , ( iv ) printing log sheet shall be provided and maintained by the contractor properly as per format and shall be produced at the time of rar payments . , ( v ) any brakdown of generator set and other faults in system should be reported immediately to concern je / engineer-in-charge . , ( vi ) life insurance of employed person shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost from any insurance complany approved by irda
