providing services for maintenance and operation of central ac plant at 2 afsb mysore under age i af chimney hills providing services for maintenance and operation of central ac plant at 2 afsb mysore , providing services for manning and operation of ac plant at cpss building in by employing 01 ( one ) no refrigeration mechanic per shift of 08 hours for 02 ( two ) shifts including sundays and holidays all as specified and as directed by engineer- in-charge . the ac plant is comprising of following:- i ) central ac plant complete of 24 tr capacity - 02 nos ii ) monoblock pump set 7 . 5 hp - 04 nos iii ) cooling tower with 5 hp motor with fins - 01 no iv ) ahu - 02 nos v ) main control lt panel with mccbs and star delta starters vi ) dg set 100 kva with amf panel - 01 no vii ) dg set 82 . 5 kva with amf panel - 01 no note : ( a ) total number of persons to be employed per day : 02 ( two ) nos refrigeration mechanic . refrigeration mechanic shall not leave the installation till the releiver attends duty . the contractor shall arrange suitable releiver during absence , weekly off , and leave period of the refrigeration mechanic . timings of shifts shall be decided by engineer-in-charge . ( b ) quoted rate shall deemed to include cost of routine day to day maintenance of installations , plants and machines for smooth functioning of the installations ( i ) the refrigeration mechanic on duty will carry out the daily / routine maintenance of installations such as cleaning of ac plants , pumps , panels , cooling tower , ahu , dg sets , ducts and checking for temperature , pressure , leakage , malfunction etc , on regular basis and entering in the maintenance register and put up to je . the contractor shall provide all tools to tradesmen for routine maintenance . ( ii ) the refrigeration mechanic shall rectify minor defects for smooth functioning and ensure uninterupted working of ac palnt during break down and also intimate to je / engr-in-charge . cost of minor spares deemed to be included in the quoted rates . ( iii ) cleaning of installations including clearance of vegetation , wild growth and trimming of grass etc around the installations and maintaining the garden , watering / planting flower / fruit bearing plants and watering to earth pits etc . ,
