manning , operation and maintenance of stp at naushakti vihar and misc works under age e / m no . i of ge ( utility-ii ) visakhapatnam , manning and operation of sewage treatment plant of capacity 750m3 / day ( 750kld ) of make m / s hydrotech paryavaran ltd at naushakti vihar including operation maintenance of submersible / centrifugal type sewage pump sets including related lt panels and its connected accessories of sewage pump houses at naushakti vihar for operation and using chemicals for stp as required round the clock in 3 shifts per day of 08 hour each by employing one well experienced ( skilled ) operator in the trade complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge . , manpower :- one skilled operator per shift of 08 hrs including sundays and holidays all as directed by engineer-in-charge . shift timings:- i st shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs ii nd shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs iii rd shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs , all as per sl item no . 1 above but one hepler ( un-skilled ) in general shift of 08 hours . , manpower :- one un-skilled helper in general shift of 08 hrs including sundays and holidays all as directed by engineer-in-charge . shift timings:- i st shift - 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs , notes for si item nos 1& 2:- ( a ) keeping the installations area neat and clean ( b ) keeping daily record of dg sets / pumps running status all as specified and directed in a log sheet . ( c ) rectifying minor defects such as arresting of pipeline leakage , greasing , oilings of pumps , gland packing , fuse wire , etc whenever required . ( d ) carrying out a check of dg set daily as per manufacturers manual . ( e ) replacing of distilled water / battery electrolyte and charging of batteries of dg sets . ( g ) the operator shall be alert to run the dg set within 5 minutes of supply failure . , ( h ) diesel shall be issued by department as and when required . contractor shall have to intimate minimum 03 days in advance for issue of diesel . notes for si item no 1 & 2:- ( k ) cleaning of bar screen cum oil & grease separation chamber all as directed by engr-in charge . ( b ) the installation / plant room should be maintained neat and clean . , material and labour for cleaning of rcc equilisation tank of approx size 10 m x 10 . 0 m x 2 . 5 m at naushakti vihar stp 750 kld capacity by bailing out the accumulated raw water at the bottom and removing the complete silt / sludge / dirt from the tank and dispositing away exc 1 . 5 km and n . exc 5 . 0 km from site as directed , scrapping the tank inner walls and bottom with wire brush and cleaning the tank inner walls and bottom with the bleaching powder slurry completely including applying one coat of white wash to entire tank externally complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge . note: ( a ) the rate deemed to be inclusive of t&p and transportation required for disposal of sludge / dirt away from the site . ( b ) the cleaning of tank shall be performed every month as per manufacturers recommendations . ( c ) the rate quoted is per cleaning only . , all as per sl item no . 4 above but rcc treated water tank of approx size 10x10x2 . 5 metre at naushakti vihar stp 750 kld capacity , material and labour for choke clearing of submersible pump of 750 kld capacity stp ( size 13 . 2 x 6 . 6x 4 . 2 metre ) at sewage pump house / stp including dewatering the sewage sump to bottom level by using diesel driven mobile pump set type / submersible type , lifting submersible pump with delivery main from bracket at bottom of sewage sump of depth 3 mtr to 5 mtr by using pully & chain block up to floor level , removing all debris from pump casing , removing defective d clamps etc . inspecting impeller , bearing , by passing under current relay , testing the pump , lowering the pump with delivery main through guide wire rope by chain block , setting the pump to bottom bracket , testing the pump complete all as directed . , note :- ( a ) the job to be completed with in 02 hours from choking of pump . ( b ) the quoted rate is deemed to be include the tool & plants required for lifting , inspection , lowering etc . , .
