( b ) excavation in any type of strata . ( c ) pcc ( 1:5:10 ) type d-2 in foundation sub base . ( d ) design mix concrete m-30 for all rcc work including necessary formwork & tmt fe 500d steel reinforcement . ( e ) pcc block masonry cm 1:6 for 200 mm thick wall & cm 1:4 for 100 mm partition wall . ( f ) filling in approved earth / excavated material . ( g ) pre-construction antitermite treatment ( att ) under the floors & around the buildings including foundation as per relevant is / ssr . ( h ) pcc 1:2:4 with water proofing compound in dpc . 3 . superstructure:- ( a ) rcc framed structure with design mix concrete m-30 for all rcc work including necessary form work & tmt steel reinforcement 500d . ( ii ) all latest is code provision shall be considered in design . ( iii ) for missing details , if any the consultant shall obtain the same from the office of garrison engineer daman . ( iv ) any relevant is codes other than those mentioned are also to be considered . consultant liability :- the consultant is expected to carry out its assignment with due diligence and in accordance with prevailing engineering standards and should be liable for the following: - ( a ) the overall responsibility of the architectural and structural drawings along with plan , elevation , section and schedule of finishes , structural design and estimate rests with the consultant . consultant may be called upon in any mid-term review of design requirement during currency of works due to site requirement . ( b ) in case of any defect / damage detected in the designed infrastructure during its design life and the same will be attributable to the consultant . ( c ) it is the responsibility of the consultant to get third party vettingat his cost by a government recognised body like the ilts / nits / recognised government technical bodies for soundness of design and drawings , adherence to nbc norms , statutory orders and regulations , is codes etc . ( d ) the vetting of designs and drawings and its report should be from the designated institute ( duly signed by authorised signatory on behalf of the institute ) and not from a professor / individual of the institute in his personal capacity . the third party vetting the designs , drawings shall also be liable for ensuring that the designs and drawings produced are in compliance as per the laid down standards , regulations and sound engineering practices . ( e ) a certificate that all details have been thoroughly checked and are in compliance to standards , codes , regulations in respect of safety , soundness and economy shall be obtained from the vetting agencies and to be submitted by the consultant . ( f ) the consultant will also be liable and answerable for any design deficiencies detected during design life of the building and may be called upon to address such issues if any . ( g ) complete set of drawing / design / estimating data in triplicate folder in a presentable manner to be submitted to this office within 45 days from the date of acceptance .
