outsourcing of services for maintenance , conservancy and house keeping services under ge ( af ) thanjavur , providing of services for conservancy and housekeeping of all mes offices , yards & installations including providing requisite tools , plants , equipments , safety gear , etc . and carrying out other related works as per the instructions/ directions of engineer-in-charge in only one shift of 8 hours per day on all working days from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs by deploying safaiwalas all as specified and directed . note: ( i ) the contractor shall deploy 01 no of safaiwala daily . ( ii ) all cleaning materials like dettol , phenyl , broom , hand brush maap ( cloth cleaner ) , naphthalene balls in whb , urinal including air fresheners to carry out maintenance works shall be issued to tradesman at store yard of ges office . , providing of services for conservancy and housekeeping in ges office by deploying one number peon daily from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for handling files from one rooms to other rooms , dusting and cleaning of tables chairs , computer , file almirah and attending the order / direction of officer and staff . , opening / cleaning of office and store shed , vehicles in / out from gate and entry in register , maints of in/out register of store yard complete on all working / days from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs by depolying chowkidar to carrout day to day maintenance all s specified and directed . note: the contractor shall deploy 01 nos of chowkidar daily .
