( note :- rutine maintanance & defective parts shall be provided by m / s schindler india pvt. ltd original manufacturer it self. ) 4 s&f in repairs led lamp 9-20w as fixed on site complete all as specified and as directed. 5 s&f in repairs maintenance free sealed lead acid battery of capacity 12 v, 25-30 ah complete all as specified and as directed. 6 s&f in repairs maintenance free sealed lead acid battery of capacity 12 v, 12 ah complete all as specified and as directed. 7 s&f in repairs maintenance free sealed lead acid battery of capacity 12 v, 7 ah complete all as specified and as directed. 8 s&f in repairs lcd display as per existing capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed. 9 s&f in repairs coaxial cabin fan of 200 to 300 mm sweep as per existing capacity and type complete all as specified and as directed. 10 supply and lay cable xlpe insulated screened pvc bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables ( hevy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core including taking down old one. 11 m&l earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron or steel earth lead ms flat 25 x 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm dia ( light grade ) and connected to main switch board or main control panel as directed and as specified including concrete pit in pcc ( 1:3:6 ) type c1 pre-cast rcc cover slab 5 cm thick of size as shown reinforced with 8 mm dia tmt / deformed bars 100 mm c / c both ways including one handle made of 12 mm dia ms bars of length 500 mm, funnel, wiremesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary earth work complete all as shown in elect plate no. 3 of ssr part i, complete all as specified & directed including taking down old one. 12 m&l for gi strip 25mm x 4mm as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall / burried in ground / drawn through conduit or pipe or fixed to pole for loop earthing complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one. 13 supply and laying tubes 50 mm dia steel water tube light grade galvanised with all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old one.
